Details, details. Eventually, we all need to
know the practical things: tuition, financial aid, housing, health
services, and where to go for more information.
Tuition
Current full-time graduate tuition for the academic year of 2002-2003 is $26,380.
Tuition for next academic year has not yet been announced. Full-time
study is defined as taking at least 36 units per semester.
Financial Aid
A limited number of teaching assistantships and research assistantships
are available on a competitive basis. Your statement of intent and
past professional and/or teaching experience will help in determining
who receives these assistantships.
You can learn about other financial aid options from
Carnegie Mellon's Financial
Aid Office.
Housing
The Carnegie Mellon Housing
Office helps new students find apartments within walking distance
to campus or near the CMU shuttle bus route.
